A new friend of mine, Ani, sent me this video last week and I thought it was amazing. I then sent it to a few of my personal clients and they all said it had a deep impact on them. So of course, that means I wanted to show it to you 🙂
The video is from a TED conference and talks about how standing in a posture of confidence (power stances) can affect testosterone and cortisol levels in the brain and could impact success.
Which means in normal English that standing a certain way can actually alter the way that women see you and increase your success with women. So it's a video on an easy way to build confidence with women and show them you are a confident, assertive leader!
The first few minutes of the video are just her talking and introducing the concept of her speech so you can skip the first 4 minutes if you want.
Enjoy the video and I would LOVE to hear what you think of this video.
So what did you think of that video? Genius right? It's the holiday season right now which means you will have ample opportunity to try this out. So go try it and let me know what happens.
Assignment: Before you go out at night or even before you walk into your place of work or school, take 2 minutes to stand like Amy Cuddy tells you and see if it has an effect on
you.
Then let me know about it by writing to me below in the comments section of this article.
